Travellers Rest Park

Travellers Rest has just 12 homes and is situated in the tiny hamlet of Mawgan just outside the village of Gweek which has a local shop/post office and a great pub.

Just a few miles away is the charming town of Helston which offers a range of local shops, supermarkets, facilities and amenities! In addition, to the east is Falmouth, 11 miles away with Truro the capital city of Cornwall only a few miles further beyond!

To the west just 3 miles away is Porthleven which holds and annual food festival and has several traditional pubs set around the scenic harbour were you can relax and enjoy a cold drink on hot summer days! Slightly further away is Penzance another vibrant seaside town with all the amenities and a fish market next to a working harbour!

The beautiful Cornish coastline is within easy access as are many local attractions such as the Cornish Seal Sanctuary at Gweek, the Poldark Mining Museum and the Lizard Lighthouse and Heritage Centre.  And of course, just a few hundred yards up the road is our cosy sister park Rose in the Bush.
