The PHHPA Directory is an advertising and listing platform. We connect property owners, park operators, suppliers, and service providers with potential buyers, renters, or clients.

Own, manage, or inspect the properties or services listed.
Guarantee the accuracy of information provided by advertisers.
All transactions are directly between the advertiser and the customer.
- Who Can Use the PHHPA Directory
You must be:
At least 18 years old.
Legally able to enter into binding contracts.
Listing a property or service you own or have authority to market.
- Listing Rules
When creating a listing, you agree to:
Provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information.
Only use images and content you have the right to use.
Not list illegal, unsafe, or prohibited items.
Comply with all relevant UK laws, park site rules, and regulations.
We reserve the right to edit, suspend, or remove any listing that breaches these rules.
- Payments, Fees, and Refunds
All listing fees are stated on our Pricing page and are payable in advance.
Payments are processed securely via our chosen payment provider(s).
We do not store payment card details.
Fees are non-refundable once a listing is live, except where required by law.
- Content Ownership & Licence
You retain copyright in any content you upload but grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to display, reproduce, and promote your listing on the PHHPA Directory and associated marketing channels.
- Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
The PHHPA Directory is provided on an “as is” basis. While we aim for accuracy, we make no warranties about:
The completeness, reliability, or availability of listings.
The outcome of any sale, rental, or service engagement.
We are not liable for:
Loss of profit, business, or data.
Disputes between advertisers and customers.
- Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account without notice if you breach these Terms.
- Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.
